3 phases • progression based on commitment

The program: from direction to results.

In Mijn Peergroep, you work in a small group (6–10 people) toward a concrete goal. We combine structure, reflection, feedback, and accountability. Progression is not automatic: you move forward when you consistently show up, stay committed, and demonstrate progress.

Overview of the 3 phases

The durations below are our current baseline. We keep room to fine-tune per group, without losing the results-driven focus.

Phase 1

Orientation (± 6 weeks)

From chaos to clarity

  • Meet weekly
  • Clarify your goal and focus
  • Reality check: time, energy, feasibility
  • Clear agreements on commitment and rhythm
  • Decision: progress or recalibrate first
Phase 2

Development (± 12 weeks)

From insight to action

  • Turn goals into weekly actions
  • Accountability: share progress and adjust
  • Build a prototype / first version
  • Feedback cycles: test, learn, improve
  • Deliver a result that works in real life
Phase 3

Advanced (± 8 weeks)

From prototype to finished product

  • Refine and complete
  • Positioning and presentation (a clear message)
  • Consistent execution through delivery
  • Prepare implementation / launch
  • Define the next step (continue/scale)

How we work

Structure + psychological safety

The group stays small, so there is space for honesty and depth. We build a safe environment, while staying practical: every session leads to concrete actions.

  • Preparation: you don’t show up empty-handed; you bring something to work on.
  • Accountability: you share progress, roadblocks, and next steps.
  • Feedback: direct, respectful, and focused on forward movement.
  • Ownership: you are responsible for your execution.
Important to know

Mijn Peergroep is not therapy and not a casual discussion group. We expect attendance, effort, and willingness to act on feedback.

Progression to the next phase is based on commitment and progress. This protects the energy and quality of the group.

Tools and approach

We use multiple methods to strengthen focus, rhythm, and results. Think of principles from 12-week planning, accountability structures, and practical test-and-feedback cycles. This program is our own concept, bringing these tools together.

  • Plan: make goals concrete and measurable
  • Action: execute weekly and adjust
  • Feedback: learn by testing and improving

Frequently asked questions

What if I don’t have a clear goal yet?

That’s exactly what Phase 1 is for. You don’t have to be “finished” to start, but you do need to be willing to make decisions and take steps.

Is progression required?

No. Phase 1 stands on its own as an orientation period. After that, you can move forward if it fits your goal and your level of commitment. Progression is based on commitment and progress.
